Every autumn, the release of BCS marks a time honored ritual in the beer world—a seasonal pilgrimage into the depths of tradition and bold steps into dynamic evolution.
In 2025, this collection includes five variants along with their benchmark Original Bourbon County Brand Stout blend aged in Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill, Four Roses, and Wild Turkey for an average of 12 months. For the first time, it’s available in a new format: four-packs of 10-ounce bottles.
This year’s lineup acknowledges the past but it’s a portfolio of innovation.

Cherries Jubilee Stout, a nod to the flamboyant table-side classic dessert popularized in the 1960s, it’s finished in cognac barrels and layered with Montmorency cherries, panela, and citrus.
Chocolate Praline Stout, doubles down on decadence with cocoa nibs, almonds, hazelnuts, and dates—all anchored by a warm bourbon embrace.
2025 Proprietor’s Stout, available in Chicago only is a baklava-inspired stout infused with honey, pistachios, walnuts, and cassia bark for a toasted, spiced dessert expression.

Double Barrel Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond Stout and perhaps the crown jewel of 2025’s lineup Parker’s Heritage Reserve Stout— both take center stage by anchoring this year’s barrel forward releases. The latter of which is aged for two full years in 10-year rye whiskey barrels from the Parker’s Heritage Collection.
It’s a reverent nod to Parker Beam, Heaven Hill Master Distiller Emeritus and sixth generation the Beam Family to hold the master distiller distinction.
The 2025 lineup is a statement: that beer and bourbon—can tell stories through ingredients, while celebrating the passion and patience of those who make it.
